Course Structure and Modalities
Welcome to The Empowered Technical Leader 90-Day Bootcamp. This course is designed with your busy schedule in mind while allowing you rapid access to the content for an immediate impact on your success. We use 5 modalities to ensure success no matter what learning style suits you best:
- Most weeks, pre-recorded content and transcript will arrive in your inbox. This allows you to learn at your own pace and apply the lessons to your life as you best see fit.
- At the end of each monthly block, there will be a live meeting component required. If you are unable to attend live, you may schedule a private session with JJ to complete these tasks that are required for your certificate.
- Optional monthly group coaching (every 1st Tuesday at 10am CT) allow you to ask questions about the application of the lesson to your life.
- Optional monthly one-on-one coaching with JJ Conway brings laser-focus to your most pressing need so that you see immediate results.
- Upon completion of the 90-day bootcamp, you'll be automatically enrolled in JJ's continuing education program, Designing Your Empowered Life (a $1,999 value).
